IF this is not the nail in the coffin for Trudy White, she cannot be touched. You have WAFB9 do an investigative piece on her specifically in regard to THIS police chief and specifically THIS offender in what? October or November 17’...Trudy Whites’ office has no comment and does nothing about it and this guy ends up killing one of our finest?! Just like the chief said he would?! What does it take for this city/State/Society to be fed up? Are we just going to bury this man and let her continue to put our lives in jeapordy? Our way of life? Where’s all the government outrage? Right now? Why is the FBI and Justice dept not locking down her office and subpoena all records as we speak? Why is our illustrious mayor not taking swift action? She sure is quick to step in on a police chief!!! We cannot allow this man to be taken away for nothing. Trudy White is worse than the piece of trash that killed that poor man. She wields the people’s power and is violating the trust of the people for her own agenda...with impunity....it’s nauseating at best.

How does this happen? Someone has to know where the hell she went and what she was doing. Considering she is a public employee, a Judge no less, it would seem that this would need to be explained. If I was trying a case in front of her I would sure as hell want to know if she had a mental break down, substance abuse problem or some other issue.

Trudy White is untouchable in Baton Rouge, and the portion of the community that she represents doesn’t give a frick what she does because she lets them commit crimes without repercussions.
I agree the the post above, if she isn’t removed following this case, Baton Rouge might as well be bulldozed and used as a nuclear testing site or some shite.

Criminals refer to her as Trudy the beauty because of her notoriously forgiving nature, with bonds, but with sentencing as well. Criminals in BR celebrate when they are sent to Trudy White's courtroom, and that's a fact.
No criminal should be happy to have one judge over another. Yet she continues to win re-election. Since felons can't vote, I am left to ponder where she keeps getting all these votes from.

He's still in EBR awaiting trial apparently
Ashley Chaney was booked as a fugitive and bonded out. No idea of the disposition of her case but she was also arrested in 2021 for a couple of drug charges.

This is good. That has to be a huge safety issue. Anytime I have seen a police chase, its usually a bunch of police cars in a single file line chasing the suspect.
There seems to be little room for error and if there are 5 or 6 police cars chasing one person..is that effective at all?
On hwy 1 for example, there was a situation I saw years ago, evidently it started in Port Allen and they lost him in Donaldsonville. When I saw it there were police from West Baton Rouge sheriffs, Port Allen City, Brusly, Addis, Iberville parish sheriffs, city of Plaquemine.
They were chasing a guy on a motorbike. My first thought was that there will be some type of accident or he was going to get away.. He got away, but it just seems to be high risk in those situations.
With that said, this story is horrible. Its a shame he lost his life trying to stop some worthless frick from beating his girlfriend.

She is an elected official and because she can get the majority vote other politicians that depend on voters that are in her district will not do anything about it because they don't want to risk her getting behind someone who might run against them.
We expect these elected officials to do their job, but they only care about two things, getting elected and staying elected. So maybe its time to take action. People can report these types of things to the FBI.
It would require gathering as much information on her as possible. I know there has been multiple repeat offenders she has put back on the street who ended up murdering someone. If I recall, one of them was told he had to mow a neighbor's yard or some bullshite like that and he goes off and murders someone (if I recall it might have been that lady who lived in Spanish town. He tried to rob their home and he ended up killing the mother in front of her daughter. That was several years ago).
This board has accomplished a few things, why not try to get her removed? We would have to gather as much information as possible then submit it to the FBI requesting an investigation. After all, she is responsible for some of the crime. She has blood on her hands, but the police chief is worthless, the mayor is shite.. The DA is questionable at best. So you can't really depend on them to get things done.
Who is game for helping putting this together?
