WTF is the deal with this Judge White? She seems to be an unabashed criminal coddler. How does she stay on the bench when she appears to be a threat to public safety?

She is elected and apparently her constituents have no problem re electing her. I suspect they re-elect her cause she gives lenient sentences and reduces bail for people whose bail shouldn’t be reduced. She has blood on her hands on this one.

This is why I believe judges should be appointed by team of prosecutors and defense lawyers and vetted very carefully as opposed to elected. In many communities judges are elected due to their leniency only.
