Not much female flotation in that video.
Also looks like it was filmed in La and possibly on a Lake in GA. Lake Lanier doesn't have that tall sandy bank. Also, if you grew up in LA, nothing better than spraying water lilies at your friend on the other side of the wake. Knee boarding in 6' of duck weed is a rite of passage.

I saw them at Bank of America stadium in Charlotte a few years ago and he talked about "not giving a damn what the media and politicians say, America is the greatest country in the world" and then launched into Chicken Fried where he brought out some service men and women and acknowledged them during the song. Crowd loved it
