ETA: When did that stop working? It's been years, hasn't it?

If you are a gamer his most "famous" video was him reacting to Ridley from Metroid being added to smash Bros on switch. He was crying

My day was a little less joyous because of this news. RIP young buck.

Wasn't familiar with him, but doesn't make this a less tragic story.

That's a pretty cool move in my book.

So did hundreds of others...what makes him/her so special

Never heard of him.
But watched his last video and some of his happier videos and can’t help but feel horrible for him.
Seeing him in polar opposite mental places is rough. His last video is hard to watch. Couldn’t help but want someone to run into him and somehow change the course of that day for him.
Was he walking to his eventual death in the video?

Bipolar disorder claims yet another life. He was only 29 and seemed like a very smart guy. Never heard of him, but I hate to hear stories like this. All he had to do was take his meds (he had been hospitalized before and apparently refused to accept his condition).

Anyone checked on LucasP lately?

Only really knew him from a collaboration with Achievement Hunter but he seemed like a cool dude. Sad to hear the news.

I hate that he had to go through whatever it was that lead him to making this decision and I sent thoughts and prayers out to his family and friends, but I’ve never heard of this person.
Now, if something ever happened to James Rolfe AKA The Angry Video Nerd, I’d probably legit shed a tear.

the fact that anyone can get wealthy or known, by playing video games and/or uploading video game related content to YouTube has baffled me for quite some time.

High doses of any bipolar/depression meds just turn you into a zombie

We are dealing with a bipolar guy now in a business situation. When he's on his meds he's fairly normal. When he's off them he's out of control. He blew through over $100k of an inheritance in less than a month and currently has a bench warrant out for missing a court date. We have some documents ready for him to sign and haven't heard from him in two weeks.

Some people are baffled by sports obsession.
So think about Instagram models, they make money posting pictures and men oogling over them.
Someone uploads video game content and kids all over it.
Others make money posting videos of them cooking, fishing, swinging a golf club. You name it.
