This dude I work with sent me a douchey email when I informed him of an issue with our company’s website. I am not in IT and have zero to do with our website. I even gave this frick head a workaround to the problem

What do you do in this situation?

A) not respond

B) send a more dickhead response

Or C) respond to it later

I am going to pretend he didn’t send and avoid him in the future

Rude of him to tease you with just the head and not give you the whole shaft and balls.

You NOT responding is the biggest insult you can give. He’s gonna check all weekend hoping to argue with you and be disappointed.

But, please, do share.

Be mature and don’t respond. Don’t get pulled offsides on a Friday afternoon. Just let it go.

I inform people of issues they caused on a daily basis. I don’t do it in a condescending way at all. I get douchey responses all the time. I usually don’t respond to them unless they’re completely asinine. It’s usually the insecure people that respond like that.

Knock on his door/cubicle and ask him what his frickin problem is. Trust me. Most people are passive aggressive dipshits.

I got a dick head email from an employee on Monday and I'm waiting until after vacation to give him the drill. But it's coming.

Different dynamic maybe, but don't let it slide.
