They are using good quality zip-loc bags. I like a dealer that cares about every little detail.

Story of a shitty situation, but better than a story about a 4 yo unwittingly ingesting 40mg of fentanyl. Glad the kid got out.

I was under the impression it's very difficult/costly to extrapolate how much of a certain drug is in a compound.
It's more likely that the bag contains both fentenyl and another substance like cocaine.

Looks like she’d have a bush that would make a chia pet jealous.

Carfentanyl is common in that you can order it from China like most opioid analogs and other drug precursors but it came and then disappeared pretty quickly from the illicit drug trade because it is impossible to mix evenly with the binder or cutting agent so out of the same batch on the street half the customers might OD and the other half not get high. Fentanyl is at the upper potency limit of what smaller stateside kitchen labs can handle with only occasional screw-ups.
We often overlook how ridiculously cheap synthetic drugs actually are to produce in an industrial lab. As an example, there was a toy on the market about 15 years ago called Aquadots. Kids used different colored small balls to make patterns and then sprayed them with water so they bound together then let them dry and they became solid. The balls had a compound on them that caused the binding when wet. The Chinese manufacturer realized there was another compound that reacted physically the same way as the specified compound but was only about 15% of the cost. The problem was the substituted compound was a prodrug compound for GHB. So when kids swallowed the balls like kids do the compound metabolized into a "date rape" drug. So 4 year olds were dosing themselves with G in their bedrooms because some sleazy manufacturer could save a few cents.

Agree. Lot of people on here demonize drug addicts all the while wanting you to overlook their raging alcoholism and drunk driving frequency. Alcohol has destroyed more lives than illicit drugs ever have yet it's an accepted form of addiction. At least drug addicts usually get the quick, non painful death. Alcoholics drink themselves into liver failure and a slow, dreadful death. All the while wanting folks to feel sorry for them as they are constantly in and out of hospitals and doctors offices and likely having it all paid for by taxpayers.

350 pound Livingston parish baw arrested with enough fast food to feed several dozen people.
Released on $50 bond. Man says he was buying for the entire family despite no records of children and only living with his rotund, 285 pound wife in a trailer near the river. Wrappers found on the floorboard of his Superduty crew cab dually with truck nuts reached calf level on the passenger side and indicate this was not the man’s first offense.
