You guys tracking Russia leaking video of interrogating the Moscow terrorist suspects?

Russia has evidently leaked some video of them using enhanced interrogation tactics. They cut off a dudes ear and made him eat it. They shocked another dudes balls.

Makes me wonder how often this happens in Russia. In this case, they leaked it on purpose to send a message to terrorists. But this clearly isn't the first time those interrogators have done this, they've got some know-how.

I would not be surprised if they murder the families of the terrorists in whatever shithole they live in. Their goals are punishment and deterrence .

I actually like what Russia is doing here, they don't frick around. In New York they'd be out with no bail.

I doubt that even those who say they think it is "just fine" would want the U.S. to do that. It is hyperbole - a response to the softness that they see in our society.
