The board switching to wanting a police state and abolishing the 2nd amendment has been wild. What a lib place now.
I’ve been pulled over on the road by cops and on the water by game wardens while packing. Never had any issues after telling them I was armed because I didn’t give them any reason to suspect I was a potential threat

Chivalrous - extremely
Smart - not even close
Never, ever approach. Never, ever lay hands on an LEO. If they are overstepping, stay back and record.
This is especially true after the LEOs in question have endured weeks of physical and mental abuse from the populace they serve.

We also do not blindly put ourselves in harms way without consequences.
Did Pretti deserve to die? No
Did Pretti put himself where he should not have been? Yes
Did the LEOs over react? Limited footage say yes, but I have no idea what happened 5 min before the altercation.

Depends on if helping an unarmed woman who just got assaulted by armed LEOs is what you should be doing. I guess he just had a higher moral compass and more courage than you. Then he got murdered for it.

ICE and BP are not trained in riot control tactics. That falls under city and state LEOs.
Then why are they driving vehicles equipped with acoustic anti riot weapons?
You’d think front line personnel training would happen before that gets signed off, no?

Incorrect, even if you include the word “fire” you left out. That old chestnut is dicta in a later overturned court case.

Still legal, regardless of your moving the goal posts to “no one in their right mind”.

Moderates have been quite consistent: keep our guns, tax us less, have fewer wars, stop sexualizing or children, be proud to be American, and secure our border.
The left switching to American flags or back to their true commie flags and being pro second amendment depending on who won the election, however, has been wild.

quite a disingenuous statement

lmao, You're an idiot but even you know that's not what's happening. But you can not defend your little anarchistic buddy's so you have to start throwing out strawman arguments to hopefully divert attention.

If you create a scene in a theater, I promise you management will ask you to leave and the other patrons absolutely will not appreciate it.
Translation: there's things you can do that you shouldn't.

Same here. Legal does not mean it's advised as the victim found out the hard way. And obstruction of justice/police carrying out duties in enforcing immigration law is anything but legal.

How does this equate to a man getting shot by law enforcement?
No one’s arguing actions are free of natural consequence.

Watch the video, they were all three in the street trying to impede the officers. Agents were trying to get them on the sidewalk. Because they were there with a warrant for an illegal that had a history of domestic violence. When agents finally had to push them to,the sidewalk that’s when Pretti pushed an agent in the back, Then he put himself in between an against an the woman. More agents jump on the pile separate Pretti. He resist an and has not obeyed a single order the whole time, Unfortunamtly he had a firearm and 30-50 round on him, Agent sees the gun, yells gun while he is still resisting, The rest is history,
Any other person that did the same thing would be killed 9 out of 10 times,

What you said was:
If you acknowledge that both of your scenarios “are legal”, then you are conceding that both are, in fact, condoned by the First and Second Amendments, regardless of stupidity.

The angle from the car they are in front of has debunked this.

Horse shite, the other angle shows him push the agent from behind. Placing your hands on a Fed is a felony worth 8 years.

So let's say Biden or any future Dem president wanted to implement a gun grab, what are you doing?

Interfering with law enforcement when they are arresting someone is against the law. Taking a weapon, with extra ammunition, into a politically charged environment and interfering with law enforcement, disobeying their commands to get back, and resisting arrest, can and will sometimes get you shot.
I don't know where the line is, but even people with an IQ of 90 should be able to understand this.
It's a tragedy that Good and Petti lost their lives, but they both, repeatedly, made choices that escalated an already tense situation and put themselves further in harm's way. And if the politicians who are busy dramatically cursing, calling ICE the gestapo, and encouraging more of this kind of harassment would instead instruct local law enforcement to help rather than hinder ICE as they do their job, we would not have these tragedies -- nor would we suffer from the crimes that these criminals commit, like rape, murder, theft, child abuse, and more.
ICE is deporting criminals all across the country, yet the problems pop up in ultra liberal, sanctuary locales with blow-hard, irresponsible politicians.
