Just came home from my parents’ with the wife and kids. It was an excellent time. As we pull into the neighborhood, a neighbor’s front yard is being dug up with water shooting into the street… walk into the kitchen… no water…

Seriously if your MIL shows any signs of being worse than normal go back. We’ve had residents fall at the nursing home and get a CT and we’re fine only to not be fine a day or so later.

No real shite show to report....but easily my top Thanksgiving. Fried a turkey while sipping bourbon all was good etc etc. What really did it was I've slowly been getting my nephew into bass fishing...got him his own rod and reel for his bday in Oct and when the meal was done we hauled arse to the lake....my dude hauled in his first big mouth today...was badass! Happy Thanksgiving baws

Only flare up we had was the hypochondriac of the family started off about how everyone should be vaccinated.

SIL texted my MIL this morning, no pandemic, no vaccine, no politics talk today at Tgiving at MIL house, which did not go over well
SIL was trying to protect her 16yr/o SJW daughter but MIL was pissed about the gall to tell someone what they can and cant talk about in their own home
