Wonder if they’ve been given a stand down order on speeding infractions? I haven’t seen one in a week or so. One of the few positives in this insanity imho

Nope. An Iberville parish sheriff's deputy did damned near hit me this morning because he was playing on his phone while driving.

Nope. I've only seen 1 officer on the interstate, and I followed him in from my end of town.
He did pull over someone, but the person blew by us like we were sitting still, and we were doing 80.
Otherwise, I've not seen a single pull over or rarely even an officer around.

Stretch of hwy around my house that state troopers congregate on as if free donut stand was nearby.
I’m talking 2-3-4 a day.
Haven’t seen them in nearly 3 weeks.

sure haven't. I haven't seen LSP on the Basin Bridge in a month.
Henderson PD is still running radar on the West side of the ABB, but every other law enforcement agency has disappeared.

No. They are basically doing everything via phone reports unless in-progress calls. So, if you see one, that's what he is doing. Working a call via phone, or idle waiting. Most places have instructed them not to pull over vehicles unless the idiot is an extreme hazard to others.
