I do, however, support limiting kids to people on welfare. Basically just limit Gov't assistance to only 2 kids per woman. Then the problem will stop mass breeding

IUD's are non horomonal and reversable. If you dont want the IUD, dont ask for money.
as far as a round up, there is no need for a round up. They will show up on thier own if they want the freebies.

I think it's fair to say the majority is in favor of just cutting off government assistance after 2. That's much more likely to happen than what I suggested, and I hadn't thought about that before I posted. It was just something that popped into my head.
