I’d be pretty surprised if feds don’t surveil this site. I hope you save your buddy while you can. Just don’t do anything illegal along the way.

Whistleblower act. You did those things under duress.
There might be a huge payout.

I still have an IRS "whistleblower" form on my desk that I filled out on my former employer. They bought a vacation house and remodeled it all under it being a "corporate headquarters". I don't care about the taxes, but it made a huge dent in my bonuses. Greedy people suck

"They" didn't make you do shite. You did it and enjoyed the perks. Don't try to get all high and mighty now.

Creating fake insurance documents.
Hiding cash transactions from State and County inspectors during audits.
Lying to payroll companies about what employees were actually doing.
Would you turn them in?
you either turn them in and beg for forgiveness or you were complicit in tax evasion. clearly you knew it was wrong and took you 20 years to grow a conscience

If this is true, I would love to know some more details to learn what not to do in the future.

Surprised these posts haven’t been edited yet, guessing Mr Larson he still sleeping off his hangover.
If those were the ramblings of a sober man he has much bigger issues than tax fraud

If any of this is even remotely true, why the hell would the OP post a thread on TD to try to contact and help his friend? That is extraordinarily stupid. Why not contact his friend directly?
That's the most fishy thing about this bullshite.

Exactly. He knows where his "friend" works because he took his old job. He knows he posts here. He knows enough people from here to back channel. His friend has his phone number.
But he needs to open this can of worms on the OT to "save" his friend? I'm not buying it.

True or not, he clearly just wanted attention

Can only be done if no one is really looking for you.
I was fascinated with the idea of pulling a Gughein at one point in life...did a LOT of research. The only way to do it succesfully is if there ain't nobody seriously looking for you. If the IRS or someone is serious about finding you they will. The only way to do it to any degree is to stay in the US and go to major city and keep a LOOOOOOWWWWWW profile. Traveling abroad makes it impossible.

If you live in LA call Eddie Castaing tomorrow and do whatever he tells you to do.
If you live somewhere else find a guy like him and listen to what they say.

You and Ed can keep jerking eachother all day.
Yeah the guy that took my job does post here(only reason he got my job was because I left). I need him to understand that he's nothing to them.
The crimes
I could go into great detail.
Creating Certificates of Liability when you had no insurance.
Stealing shite in the middle of the night from a bankruptcy court?
