Something similar happened to me after 6 months at a job. They wanted me to send out fraudulent financial statements. I quit that day and never looked back. Hustled like hell to find another job ASAP.

I don’t guess it would be that hard to create a fake COI but how did that not eventually get discovered in an audit? Or when the inevitable accident happened and there was no coverage.
