I am a woman and would rather be stuck with a man. A man who can get a fire going and hunt a wild turkey for dinner would be great. I would volunteer to cook and come up with some kind of shelter. I just hope that the woods have a stream where we could fish.

The irony here is that if a woman was walking in the woods and encountered a grizzly bear, the first thing (and maybe the last thing) that would flash through their mind is " I wish a man was here to protect me."

So the takeaway is if you hear a woman in the woods screaming about a bear don't approach her. She'd rather deal with it than you.
