One of my cousins had one a mid 70's model.

Drive it like ya stole it and they were fun little cars.

Yes, I drove one in the 60's

It was like huntin doves over a baited field for hippie chicks back then.

Times have changed tho, seems they have added 2 zero's since.

I drove a couple of those at a job I had delivering newspapers. They were great little delivery vehicles and fun to drive, but not fast, nor did the heater amount to much in the winter.

I'd drive it. I've always wanted to build a sleeper bug. This guy built a monster. 517 HP Sleeper Bug




Side note- the host is a little annoying, but I think she's hot and an accomplished driver.

In this day and age, the average car thief would be frustrated by it due to standard transmission plus the fact you had to push down on the gear shift in order for it to go into reverse.
