I call it the Pineapple Inn but I think it might be something else now. Between Acadian and college. Got palm trees and next for the interstate. Might be a Ramada now?

Probably one of those seedy motels on Airline north of Florida like the 10 Flags Inn. Or the Alamo Motel.

I take the Sherwood exit off of I-12 everyday. There is a hotel by the name of "OYO" on the frontage road. It looks really shitty and there are always sketchy looking people walking back and forth to the gas station.

There’s a motel on highland right after Splash On the left and before you get to that news studio. On second thought if it’s right next to splash, god knows what goes on over there.

The OYO and the Magnusen on Airline. That area became ultimately shameless when Penthouse straight up built a sex store out of an old Shoney's in front of the three sketchiest motels next to each other.
Where are all the BR Proud articles on that bastion of filth?

I remember when this was a nice area of town. Now it's shite. Blvd de Province spillover and those section 8 apartments killed it.
There are homeless people everywhere around there. They trash up the green areas around that underpass. I saw some group cleaning it up last weekend. Trash was already everywhere a few days later.
