Lulz. Marijuana is not a drug.

You are wrong. That's not a justified shoot. When she had an opportunity to drive away, but instead stopped to shoot him, it's no longer justified.

It’s not? Of course it is. This is like saying oak is not a wood.

Poor guy. He slapped the bitch cause she tried to sell weed to his daughter.

Crazy what adding context can do to a situation.

Turns out the woman was trying to sell weed to his daughter. He shouldn't have opened the door and slapped her like he did, but she certainly wasn't an innocent party in the whole thing.

If she winds up being caught, she'll face the very serious charge of having a firearm in her possession while committing a crime.

He is big and she isn't. He could have intimidated without physical force.

Why did he physically follow the car?

Was his daughter at the filling station?

Now, if he was actively punching her in the head or neck area, with size/gender disparity, and she couldn’t drive off, different story. That obviously wasn’t the case.

Depends on the state but with SYG laws, the instant he tried to force his way into the vehicle he made it justifiable for the woman to shoot in self-defense. This:

is well past that point.

I feel like we’ve seen this movie before.

Wasn’t the Trayvon martin case basically arguing over the same premise?

It’s not my personal belief, but it’s precisely what this father’s actions just showed his daughter.

No it isn't. It's a plant. It just grows like that.

If you happen to set it on fire, there are effects.

In my post before the one you quoted, I said she’d have a better chance at claiming self defense if she shot when he opened the door the first time. Driving off then stopping to shoot ends that chance.

They say a bullet ain’t got no name on it, but there were three bullets fired with that dude’s name on them.

Not sure about that, she could be looking at jail time.

-someone got shot during drug transaction involving a minor

-she's the only person with a gun and the drugs

-she was driving away and stop the car

Selling weed to his daughter is one thing. Committing an act of violence against her then going back to her again is another. I think the shooting is ugly but ultimately will be proven to be justified.
Shooting someone while committing a felony is a capital offense, is it not?

It’s not capital, but it can change manslaughter into felony murder in a lot of states. Was a felony committed?
