If someone were squatting out there, it would be where the old dog park road meets Sessions Dr. There’s a trail to head East into the woods and a creek not too far back with a clearing nearby (can’t really see it on a map)

Between Baton Rouge and New Orleans crime, I can’t wait to retire and move to Humble, Texas.
I have 10 more years to work and my aging mother has dementia. Otherwise, I would be gone. I was born in Baton Rouge. Grew up in Sherwood Forest and Graduated from Tara high school in Baton Rouge.
I cannot understand why we have bad elected mayors in BR and in New Orleans. Louisiana needs to get its act together. Thugs and homeless people control our cities and the mayors are corrupt just like the criminals.

And if it’s not being reported because he’s a black guy then frick all of them. WBRZ went out of their way to give every piece of information about the pervert at LSU except that he was black. If not for the quote from a witness they would have left it out completely.

I know someone who worked at BREC for years before leaving not too long ago. The stories I've heard about that organization and its management would absolutely enrage the average taxpayer. Complete ineptitude, cronyism, and an astronomical amount of waste and fraud. And like another poster said, they're sitting on a massive pile of cash.

Wife and I know the victim well. It was white on white crime actually. If anyone can push the police or BREC to acknowledge it, get the word out so people can protect themselves, the victim and her family/friends would greatly appreciate it.
