How did she flee the scene after getting hit multiple times?

I thought exact same thing when I read this. This convoluted writing attempt by some staff reporter is the culmination of todays education system. Surprised it wasn’t reported in some sort of alphabet acronym format filled with sad face emojis.

I’ve been black out drunk and crossed Burbank many times. I have an idea, wait until there is no chance you would get hit by an oncoming car

Blackout drunk at 7:30 is unlikely.

Burbank and Bluebonnet is SUPER busy, I’m hoping someone caught some plates of the fleeing cars.

Kinda hard to be the crosser, not the driver, and be the perp in this situation

We ran across Burbank shitcanned drunk plenty times in the mid 90s. We would party at a friends place on Jennifer Jean and make beer/smokes runs to the Circle K at all hours. Tuesday mornings, Wednesday Afternoons, etc.
That made me tired just thinking about it.

csb: going to that Circle K all the time is how I met and became acquaintances with Teri Lemoine, Sean Vincent Gillis' girlfriend. Incredibly nice gal. Poor thing didn't have a fricking clue what a psycho he was.

Honestly, I don’t understand how this doesn’t happen a whole lot more than it does. I hardly ever am down there any more, but I take that route when leaving home football games. The amount of people black-out drunk staggering around on the road in the pitch dark just scares the shite out of me. I am always so relieved when I get to starring, so I can start making my way to the interstate.

We just passed by there. Tons of police still out there. Zero streetlights working in that area. It’s dark as hell right there.

I commented about street lighting issues in the previous thread about the other woman killed on Burbank. It’s bad.

So the cars can’t see idiots in the street? Lights or not, it’s the pedestrians fault

Burbank has bus service. Well lit cross walks are a must especially when the speed limit is 55 in that area.

Why put lights on poles if you don’t keep them lit?

from talking to people that drove by the scene, they will work hard to solve this case.

I’m not understanding what makes them think that.

7:30 On a Friday night in a College area? Definitely a strong possibility

They better be calling that Idaho police department then, because BRPD can’t solve fricking shite.

Burbank/Bluebonnet isn’t really college aged people.

There’s a ton of homeless that are around that intersection whether walking somewhere or sitting at the bus stop. Also a ton of people that walk the shoulder all the time. At that time, someone definitely saw something.

At Jennifer Jean it’s like a 35 mph zone with crosswalks and a lot of foot traffic. Burbank at Bluebonnet is a 55 mph highway.
