That gif should be stabilized and posted in response to everyone who doesn't think this was justified.

It’s certainly incorrect. Kind of like using the word “ramming” to describe what happened to that poor ICE agent

I am convinced that moron is a troll at this point.

Well in MOST situations where trained professionals are involved this doesn’t lead to agents pulling out their guns and gunning people down in their cars
You dumb trash will die on this hill, too stupid and wilfully ignorant of the facts to admit you are wrong...

Anyone know who ICE was targeting in the raid? Somalis? Mexicans?

The next time I’m out committing a crime I’m going to wave the cops around me so they know to leave me the frick alone so I can get back to nefarious activities.

Right. Because a 30 something year old woman in a Honda Pilot with stuffed animals in the glove box going 2 MPH is definitely threatening the life of a federal agent
Why is her age and gender relevant?
A Honda Pilot weighs 2 tons
Stuffed animals? WTF are you talking about? The guy that shot Charlie Kirk was into Furries...so what is your point?
The speed is irrelevant if you are standing in front of a vehicle that is stopped and accelerates into you. You are basically saying that you will be fine and are in no danger standing in front of a car that is stopped and starts moving into you because their initial speed is not an instant 60 MPH. One of the most idiotic things I've ever read on here. You are so dumb and can’t fathom that having your body rolled over by two tons, no matter the speed of the vehicle, will cause great damage and potentially kill you.

Yep. He didn't even unholster prior to her putting the car in "Drive".

You can impede without blocking.
Say the ICE agents were trying to pursue someone that was driving off on the other side of the vehicle turned sideways in the street. Even if she is waving them around her they have to slow down and maneuver around her vehicle to avoid hitting her. This would certainly be an adverse situation for the ICE agents.

To me, it looks like the lady was trying to turn to drive away from the agents. He did NOT need to shoot the lady. But he's definitely getting off if he faces charges over this. It can be argued that he feared for his life in that moment.
If you're in a car, don't try to run away from the cops. Give yourself up. You may not have the result that you wanted. But I guarantee you it will be a better result than trying to flee.

I just don’t understand this contradictory viewpoint. And you aren’t the first to say these things. You are saying that a reasonable person would conclude that he may have feared for his life, correct? Then you say that he didn’t need to shoot her? Both those things cannot be true. Unless you are saying this because in hindsight, he did not get run over.

LEO continues to show poor training and de-escalation skills and overreaction.
Sometimes true. The more encounters with people who are attempting to obstruct and harass the more chances for mistakes by the ICE officers involved.
Local law enforcement are absolutely culpable. If local police refuse to punish people parking sideways in the streets (to obstruct) then you create a sense that local law enforcement are also on your side and encourage your physical interference with federal law enforcement.
Non violent protest without physical obstruction is absolutely protected behavior but she created enough chaos for bad things to happen.
Her vehicle was also being driven unpredictability in the perspective of the ICE officers IMO. She backs up quickly in reverse then puts the car into drive and turned the steering wheel hard to the right to change the direction of the car by 90 degrees. Officers are trained to avoid being in front of vehicles but the front of the vehicle was a moving position and she was moving in reverse as he moved towards the driver's side of the car.
Officers should avoid that risk for their own protection but that in no way gives her permission put the car in forward and accelerate. If you want to protest and get arrested you have to comply with the part where they arrest you or it moves from a nonviolent behavior like civil disobedience to a violent action.
