Well in MOST situations where trained professionals are involved this doesn’t lead to agents pulling out their guns and gunning people down in their cars

It does when they ram them with their cars.

I feel very confident if I speed off and hit a police officer with my car there is a 90% chance I’m getting shot
I truly am struggling to find those saying this is “a bad shot”. So we are cool with the new law being “you can ram police offers with your car and you can’t be shot at”?

A: This is not "most situations."
B: There are plenty of examples of "trained professionals gunning people down in their cars" when the driver of the car puts them in danger.

You dumb fricks can’t even get your stories straight. Did he LEAP out of the way to avoid being hit or was he rammed into? You’re just being intentionally ignorant at this point if you think she rammed the guy. Literally anyone with an actual working brain disagrees.
But no one ever accused you of that did they big dog?

I’m gonna break this down for you because you are starting to squeal a bit
Me:
You:
My reply/clarification:
Then you disappeared because you presumably didn’t see my post or didn’t know how to answer that question.
So I asked again:
To which you nonsensically replied:
So I ask, again, where are the other two bullet holes? In the windshield… or…somewhere else?
Me:

But the mixture of the agents swarming the car, reaching into the vehicle, giving conflicting instructions, standing in front of the car, shooting through the open driver’s side window after the vehicle had turned…
You:

This is incorrect. I know this is what you want to believe.

First shot went through the windshield in the bottom right corner
Find me the other two bullet holes in the windshield.

He didn’t reach for gun until she put it into drive and gave it some gas. Spinning wheel straight ahead initially might have caused her to give it more than she was planning.
She also didn’t really cut the wheel hard to the right until after he pulled out his gun. She initially went forward, and it look like in video and likely to the officer that she had the intention of hitting him. She cuts it right, but it was too late and still hit him.
Now Did she only cut the wheel because she saw him drawing his gun after she put it drive and gave it gas; or did she only just see the officer for the first time right then in front of her after she was already accelerating to get away and then tried to cut the wheel quickly (but too late)?
Given the situation and the fact she hit officer and then he fired his first shot afterwards I don’t think it matters as far as justification for shooting.

Right. Because a 30 something year old woman in a Honda Pilot with stuffed animals in the glove box going 2 MPH is definitely threatening the life of a federal agent

Because it’s a different video that was captured moments before

No. That’s not what I meant.
In fact, what I was actually politely saying was that your political leaders and the media are partially responsible for inflaming the situation. and you know it.

Several things are happening here:
Morons continue to disobey law enforcement - FAFO. Simply comply and none of this happens.
LEO continues to show poor training and de-escalation skills and overreaction.
You already have a huge backlash and this just lit a powderkeg.
Does anyone really believe the woman was trying to run him over? I think the answer is clearly, no. Was she trying to evade? Clearly, yes. Could that have led to him getting run over? Yes. In this particular situation? Unlikely.
If the roles were reversed and a Jan. 6 protestor did the same, this board would be losing it's fricking mind.
Legally, I think the officer probably didn't break the law. It just wasn't necessary.
But AGAIN, if the dumbass had listend to begin with, none of this happens.

I mean
Once she makes that contact the officer is going to immediately pull the rigger. There is no thought of “maybe she will turn and not crush me”

I don't think you know what 2mph looks like.
Idling speed is faster than 2mph.

I guess if you constitute going 2 MPH as ramming then sure, I guess he was rammed. Can’t imagine any grown man would view it that way but most ICE agents are just cosplaying as real men
