I kind of agree with the positioning critique, but it’s not like he stood in front of a car that was driving down the road.
A reasonable person would not have done what she attempted to do, and in the moment, before she backed up, his positioning doesn’t seem that crazy.

I think this is a valid conversation to have btw. I think it's better when it involves some cop drawing on some baked stoner in a car who can't follow commands, or the hallway shooting video from years ago, etc. than this one, though.
But it could still be incorporated here.

He's going to jump in the spotlight and do his best to draw and quarter this agent in town square on national TV while screaming that trump caused this.
