If she loses the business community how can she stay in office? I have to think moves are being made to get her to rescind her no large events in 2020 order or to get her out of office ASAP by pressuring her to resign.

Will she actually get re-elected next year? Objectively, I would think no, but it's New Orleans we're talking about here.

She gets re-elected. Guaranteed. The majority of people in New Orleans are literally too stupid for their own good.

She came up as a grass roots community activist. While I could see her not running again, no way she bends the knee to corporate interests and resigns.

She has far too much pride to resign, but the pressure does seem to be getting to her.

When she first started I thought she was on track to do a good job, but with every crisis she becomes more and more incompetent.

The problem really is I don’t know who will run against her that’s better.

We can all hope that she has a major mental breakdown and either gets put in a mental hospital or does something very stupid and gets arrested.

I rarely stoop to this level, but I wish she would do something to hurt herself. Like accidentally step in front of a bus.

She doesn’t have the intelligence or the temperament to hold a public office and she’s not smart enough to surround herself with people that are so instead she tries to fight back when she gets called out and makes it 10x worse.

Bruh. Do you want Cantrell Circle, because that's how you get Cantrell Circle?

10/1 she winds up like Nagin if she serves 1 term.

3/1 if she serves 2.

Who are the 4 New Orleans businessmen that took out the full page ad telling her to open the city up May 1?

It’s almost like NOLA invites destruction into their city. You’d think they’d have learned by now

That’s not the solution. There aren’t enough busses to address the problem of New Orleans government. It’s not the elected officials, it’s those who elect them.

She is terrible. And dangerous. Dangerously ignorant and power hungry.

This x100000

Cantrell and Moreno are both framing actions moving forward as being done to protect the black community.

Just like SWB will get re-elected in Baton Rudge, and JBE got re-elected recently. Citizens of Louisiana are obviously too stupid to vote.
