re: Outdoor camera system

My old system went out a month ago and I'm hoping to catch a black friday deal. REOlink has been running some lightning deals on amazon. UniFi has an instant kit that includes cameras with slightly larger sensors.
This is some Les Miles football, baby
Oh my God a 3rd and 10 conversion

I'm happy with the Viofo. I would recommend hard wiring and setting up parking mode. Caught a hit and run in a parking lot over the summer and saved myself having to pay a deductible.

Well the second lowest offer was $44k more than that, so I'm pretty sure he wasn't interested in a counter offer. I got a few other buyers to look. It's clearer now what it is worth in the current condition.
I'm going to get a few quotes on the roof before I move forward, since that seemed to be every buyers biggest issue.
Yeah, I've had some wildly varying cash offers. I know they have to make money, but one guy was at $71k. He could almost tear down the house and rebuild it and still make money.

re: Magnalite style oval roaster

I inherited a few magnalites and love cooking in the oval roaster. I have enameled cast iron as well (not Le Creuset), but any gravy just comes out better in the magnalite.
The only thing I don't like are the handles that get HOT and are hard to grip with mitts.

What area is it in?

Small neighborhood in St. George. I just want it gone, but I obviously want as much as I can get for it. I thought a realtor would help me figure that out, but they don't seem interested.
I have a house in Baton Rouge that a family member was living in and needs quite a few repairs and updates. Do I need a realtor to help me sell this? I imagine it'll be bought by a flipper, but I at least want them bidding against each other.

I ask because the first 3 realtors I called did not respond and the 4th said "let me research and get back to you".

I know it has potential, but I'm ready to move on from it. How should I go about listing/selling it?
I'm 36 and already deal with this. I used to be able to do spicy food challenges with no issue, and I still use very hot sauces on occasion. My wife and I will dice jalapenos into just about anything we cook. I still love the spice, but man does it hurt my stomach the next day. I'd still rather stomach cramps than bland food.

Pro tip for the others like me: metamucil will help pass those peppers through your system with less pain.
A half hour on the blackstone is wasting propane. I will do the onions on the stove. It helps to make them in large batches.
The SELSU Mud Dogs had a black kicker
It's worth asking the produce department if they'll chop them. Back when I was a teen, I would do 50 lbs every Friday in one of those french fry choppers. Once you get in a rhythm, it doesn't really take that long to do.
Dragonflies are fun creatures to watch. I have noticed them playing with my cat. They will hover in front of his face until he decides to pounce and then zip away, before coming right back to do it again. You can see the cat's thought process:
1. I'm not wasting my time with this.
2. Maybe I can catch THIS one.
3. Damn! I'm not falling for that shite again.

He's caught mice, birds, lizards, and roaches, but never a dragonfly.

We built a shed this summer, and there was one dragonfly that would come watch us each day. He would even perch on a finger if you held one out.
I've been 5'9 for 20 years and never felt short in south Louisiana.
It seems like most high schoolers are taller than me now though. Even the girls. I don't know what happened.
He didn't ask for the bridge to shut down. Let the man go about his business in peace.
I have found scotch bonnets at Walmart neighborhood markets
Listed a free couch last week. 1st response had a profile full of guns and gang shite. No way they're getting my address.

2nd response was going to pick it up as soon as her husband got home. No-showed.

I don't want to drag this heavy arse thing all the way to the street, but I might have to.
The momofuku is good. My favorite has been Boon, but it's a little expensive for what it is.

I'm interested in learning how to make my own.
I have an 85" mounted to a beefy Member's Mark full motion mount from Sams club. It was $100, but I was nervous about going cheap with a 100 lb TV.
