Well, that’s false. Unless he’s passing someone he should be in the far right lane.

FIFY

I only see this problem in La. Most drivers in other states seem to have mastered this simple concept.

We don't teach people how to drive. We teach people driving laws.

There should be classes required that actually teach you how to DRIVE and handle a vehicle.

Nah. It's been an issue for me in NY and Cali, so I'll just assume everywhere in between also has this problem.

You’d think that after being up for over a fricking decade people would figure out the on ramp pace lights.

Hey. Stupid mother fricker. If you’re the first mother fricking car, YOU DO NOT frickING STOP. the second you approach the pace light, you will trip the sensor and flip the light from red to green.

Also, if you self pace by 2-3 seconds, you don’t need to stop at the light as it will turn green as soon as you hit the sensor.

Once you pass the light, fricking accelerate up to the speed of traffic BEFORE you merge over.

Simple. Simple. Simple.

This is directly related to the one thing that I think will end up with me road rage murdering someone someday.

People who come to a complete stop on an entrance ramp because they can't merge. Just keep on in the shoulder until you reach speed. If you can't merge going 50 into a 75, you sure as shite are going to get someone killed trying to go from 0 to 75 in a matter of 50 feet.

Also, why does no one understand what a zipper merge is and how to do it. You can be on Earherat and there are three lanes until you get to the overpass. Very few people use the outer left left lane (causing a massive backup) and the people who do get frozen out by people who think they are cutting in. Learn the zipper merge. fricking idiots.

It wasnt 75 speed limit.

You were the cause of the trouble.

And if you were in the outside lane you wouldnt have been impeded.

So not only were you speeding, you were in the slow lane.

Go 50 in 30 zone. Same issue. No one else can legally get on.

And not all cars can get up to 75 in 7 seconds.

You are the moron in your tale of woe.

While true, most (NOT ALL) ramps have plenty of room for the extreme majority of cars to get up to the speed limit before merging.

I suggest everyone to stay in the right lane near on ramps to teach some lessons. If you get over, they the easy way out and then end up fricking traffic during rush hour

Get the frick over if you see someone entering from the on ramp if you have room. Give them space to get on and then get back in the right lane. That way no one has to even touch the brakes.

This isn't that hard. You are part of the problem.
