Why is Louisiana obsessed with littering?

Littering is trashy

poor sections of other states look just like Louisiana litter-wise.

Louisiana is generally a poor section.

I just returned from a road trip out West and it was constantly noticeable how little litter we saw.

I love living close to family here, but it's the trashiest state.

Amen brother. Drives me nuts. One of the most aggravating stretches of road is the I10 Atchafalaya Basin Bridge. That area beneath the interstate is a fricking disgrace. People just throw shite out with no regard for anything below.

Lots of trash and trashy frickers in this state. I think people get infected with the trashy bug as soon as the cross into Louisiana. One more reason this place is a shithole and always will be.
