One thing that you see happening in other states that isn't happening here is you have a public works truck driving a stretch picking up things off the side of the road. Tire pieces from big trucks, roadkill, construction waste that came off the back of a truck, etc. That's one reason why other states look so clean too. You never see that happening here. Every time I travel to other states, I always seem to come up behind one of these trucks.

I was leaving work on Louisiana Ave, car in front of me stops and tosses out a go styrofoam box with food in it to the street. I ride past them and it’s two older black women dressed like they just came from church...

I saw a couple of culture leaving uptown parrans... the lass just threw the to-go styrofoam cup on the sidewalk before getting in the charger and driving off

They’re dipshits. They claim to be so proud of their state and love it so much yet they trash the place and are too incompetent to have nice things. Every time something new gets built in Louisiana, within a year, it’s disgusting. Too many jackasses.
