It’s typically a family business.

They're probably worried someone is going to come in and expose them for the absolute crooks that they are and start offering reasonable, affordable funerals to families and not prey on grieving people.

Funny enough, Taker’s manager, Paul Bearer (William Moody) was actually a mortician. Talk about type casting!

I’m in the early stages of launching an online crematorium. I have a pretty big fire pit in the back yard and don’t use it enough so I figured I could put it to use and make a few bucks.

My wife is playing around with making glossy clay pottery now.

I don’t think it’s possible to DNA test ash so mix ups won’t be an issue.

If anyone is interested in investing hot me up at thiccashes69@gmail.com

As far as career choices go, looks like he made a grave mistake.

They ripped my mom off blind when she was arranging her OWN funeral when she was terminally ill. They would allow you to buy your own casket but then the service cost an extra $2500, they sold the same casket you could buy elsewhere for $2500 more than everyone else. Pissed me off to no end but it is not like you can shop around much. Insurance paid for it all, but still pissed me off. I let it slide in her final days but doesn't mean I forgot about the slimy bastards running the place.

Pretty sure it is. Not sure how accurate it is, but they can definitely match it to any DNA they have from the person before death.

Family owned businesses. Probably a good bit of nepotism. Also, you don’t need a ton of them.

If "everyone else" sold it for $2500 less, it sounds like your mom found the only crooked place.
