Its kind of crazy really, Toyota can recover from mistakes and pass while other manufacturers never recover, I have to be a conspiracy nut but they did sue NASCAR and now they are the class of the field every weekend

I did a benchmark system with him as he completed steps I paid him for that specific task. He started off strong like all "contractors" do but has fallen off crazy style
Side note: I arrived home yesterday and he was working with a consultant on the retaining wall, funny thing is the consultant was chewing him out on what he needed to do and what he did wrong....the look on my contractors face was priceless because I heard what the consultant said and he probably didn't want me to

He did do footers I’m thinking it was the teenagers and other “workers” he had doing the job. He is blaming all short comings on rain it’s like a built in excuse

Additionally, he was a family business where his sons were working as well probably 17 and 18 years old, I did catch them working unsupervised on occasion, which I voiced concern and he promptly started supervising

I am in Mississippi and it seems that the GC I hired is basically done with the job in his mind (retaining Wall and Concrete Slab for shop). Specifically, the wall has a lean in it and the slab has some lazy work on it.

I’ve seen first hand recently where the unsuccessful beneficiaries got more than the successful becuase they already had thier shite together….also where step children got more family land than the actually blood family it was a mess

I live in a decent neighborhood, no mansions just decent size houses with a couple acre lots, I had a contractor quote me $36,000 dollars for a stone retaining wall. Since I live in a decent neighborhood this clown is adding to the price because he thinks we are well off. I have context because unknown to the contractor he quoted a friend of mine lower for the same project who lives in a standard cookie cutter neighborhood. Am I crazy to feel this way.

Got a one-man limit in Central MS with 4 guys hunting Yesterday...probably would have had more if we were better shots mostly ring neck and woody's but did see some hen mallards just too far out to shoot.
