I wouldn't say I hate fake breasts, I just don't like them as much as naturals.

There is a proliferation of bad boob jobs in this country that turns people off of them.
But a well-done tit job is a beautiful thing. I like natural titties, but sometimes they need a lift or reshaping or even a slight boost in size (not cartoonish though).

hate is a strong word.
I heavily prefer naturals.
I'd rather natural B's than fake D's. When fakes are too big, and they barely move at all and look like two softballs on your chest, i have zero attraction towards them.

There is a reason people gravitate toward "real" pornography, it's the illusion of something they could conceivably be involved in an a rejection of "my hand got stuck in the drain Mr. Plumber."
People associate real boobs with real women and real life. Even outside the adult content world, most of the women you know with fake boobs are fake people, let's be honest. Authenticity may be the most desired trait in the world for products, for entertainment, for friends. Not surprising considering the direction our society is heading. So also not surprising that a premium is placed on real boobs.

"Great" fake ones are the ones you can't even tell are fake without a very in depth hands-on investigation and they're absolutely perfect.
That trumps mediocre naturals every day of the week.
