Had a female friend that had absolutely nothing. she went and just wanted maybe a double A. Doc said he couldn't do anything....her skin was tight and there was no way he could do any implant at all. (this was 20 years ago).

I dated a girl in Kentucky who had them. They were not bad. The thing is she got a size that was proportional to her body type and didn't make her look silly, cartoonish or top heavy.
