I've been married for 28 years and my wife has naturals so I'm not really familiar with the implant world, but aren't there cases when women get implants that their nipples aren't sensitive anymore, are maybe aren't as sensitive? I think that would be the dealbreaker for me, more so than the feel of the actual breast.

Because they’re exaggerated and don’t feel right. Rather have a B cup normal breast than a D cup fake breast.

There's also cases of the opposite. I don't know how it works, I'm assuming due to what kind of surgery they have done. I'd think if you had small boobs and get a large implant, stretching out the nipple would increase their sensitivity most likely?
