I'll admit that I'm not a fan. I respect him as a talent, but I don't really enjoy his work and obviously that's before you get to him being absurdly creepy. What minimum fondness I have for MJ is more nostalgia for a time more than his work.

But I'll go a step further and piss off even more people. I feel similarly about Prince.

There are plenty of celebs with issues. Some worse than others. I think most liked MJ before it came out about his pedophilia.

I have no idea. But because of his performances, idiots give him a pass.

Never really listened to his music but I liked Moonwalker as a kid, both the movie and the arcade game. I still like that arcade game.

Not impressed with Michael Jackson at all either. Very repetitive dance moves and sounds. He’s OK after 1 or 2 songs, then please change the album.

And he might be a pedo so frick him on that alone.

99% of the Black community knows he was strange & most likely a pedo but completely gives him a pass because of the album Thriller. Not joking at all on this statement.

I always thought he was way overrated as a singer. And his enunciation was shite. "this is Thilla!"

I had this poster in my bedroom as a young boy.

A friend and I also had knockoff thriller jackets from Kohl's and sequined gloves.

He was groundbreaking in his skill set as an entertainer, much like Elvis was.

But it's hard to get past his indiscretions and molestation charges. Does anyone believe his kids are really his?

I do though, feel sorry for him missing out on his childhood. He had one of those fathers who didn't let his kids be kids, and I'm sure that had a profound impact on him in his adult life.
