First one is a little nerve-wracking but it's much easier after that. And you don't have other people around you listening in because they know you're on a first date, music to try and talk over, etc.

A few times I did trivia nights (the british guy who was doing them on YouTube) to give us something to do and focus on.

You should have said you were there to pick up her sister when she opened the door.

The 30ish year old single girl in the office next to ours was complaining about the same thing about guys on dating sites just this morning. Perhaps everyone on dating sites is lying about who they are.

At 33, I'm usually looking at 22-27. I'd sure as hell frick an easy 18 or 19 year old, but the last thing I'm trying to do is watch a bunch of goddamn tik-toks and listen to whatever retarded shite they have to say. Young, hot women are rarely treated with the contempt they sometimes deserve (as we all do) and it shows.

I love going sit at the bar by myself at one of my favorite spots, but I am there enough that it is very clear most women do not feel the same way.
better watch out what you disclose on here. there are a lot of creeps that would have no problem looking through your post history and trying to figure out where this place is and follow you home

btw your left tail light is out

Yeah, I mean, people do this in general on social media. I only take photos with my friends when we got all dressed up. We don't use SnapChat filters that change the shape of your face or body, but I certainly warm up the coloring on the photo if its too blue. Etc.

Nobody is going to post photos they look like shite in

I do think a lot of people probably still find success when they meet someone in person, despite having made themselves out to look better or be taller or whatever.

Because she figures you're so hard up that you won't care and you just want to frick, which is the case for her more often than not I'm sure, otherwise she wouldn't do it.

Well, yeah...if they're a dude.

The amount of women who get laid out of charisma is about as numerous as the ladies' room at a Rush concert.

Basically this.

Men tend to lie about height. Short men are kings too though.

Women tend to lie about weight and use filters to up their attractiveness.

Tales as old as time just transferred to the online space.

All my single friends use Instagram for hooking up. Seems like dating apps are dead from my old married guy perspective

No joke, I list myself as 4'11" 280 lbs. It filters out most of the mouth breathing "cosmetologists", but I still get some bites out of it.

I guess I just find that I can relate to people better that are relatively close to my age (5-6 years). I've always found it interesting when I see couples under 50 with a 10+ year age gap. It just seems like there would be a generational barrier to me.

Also immediate pass if you’re listed as atheist or liberal. I’m surely not lowering my standards that fricking much, but I certainly appreciate the honesty.

One of my uncles is 73 and his wife is 63. He was her Sunday school teacher when he was 22.

I do, but I'm married and don't really give a shite what I look like in pics on Facebook or Instagram. I hardly ever post my pic on either to begin with.

Yes --- I was referring to bios. There isn't a spot for money on Bumble or Hinge.

I suppose you could like about your job but idk how frequent that is.
