There are authorities and volunteers that will have to break quarantine to come rescue you.

I can’t believe that people’s thoughts, in this time of death and disease, immediately turn to murdering fish and wildlife. Can we not have a brief pause in the destruction of living organisms?

The reason they are closed in Destin is the city councilors are scared shitless of this virus and in general don’t like tourists even though Dewey “Parker” Destin’s family owns two restaurants, charter boats, and who knows what else. He and the others said they are going to do everything possible to stop tourism and will deal with the litigation later. So closing the boat ramps to stop a tourist and locals be damned is one method they are using.

That’s one of the dumbest points of views and posts I’ve ever read. It’s apparent you’ve never a: been on a boat or 2: owned a boat.

News Flash! Neither the Coast Guard nor other first responders are in quarantine. Hey old people, don't get out of bed. What if you tip over and break a hip? Paramedics will have to break quarantine to rescue you.

You don't think that these resources haven't been redirected or working in other capacities other than monitoring recreational fishermen? To act like these departments aren't strained or operating at less than optimum capacity is really foolish.. They already said that many ambulance companies aren't responding or can't to all the calls they are getting. Want to come up with a better example?

People are sky screaming about the spring breakers partying. They are now punishing everyone. As if most of us wouldn’t have done the same thing at that age.

Coast Guard is probably business as usual. Wildlife and Fisheries probably twiddling thumbs.

The government is using a crisis to flex its muscle and grab power. Surprised?

This.

Not a coincidence a certain political party is implementing the strictest policies. Government power flex.

The boat ramps must be closed because being out on the water shows independence and a way to get free food. Your political overlords want you contained so as to control you.

What's biting right now?

The Private Beach near my parents house has been closed by Order of the Police. Many of the residents think that their beach has been closed because the public beach about 2 miles away has been closed and it isn't 'fair' that their beach remain open.
