Because they don't currently have the resources to devote to saving your arse when your piece of shite evinrude breaks down offshore in rough seas or you forget to put the plug in

I don't think people realize why they get downvoted.

If you post bad news...why would I upvote it? I'm not disliking you, I'm disliking the info. Downvotes are not always a bad thing.

If I make a post that says my mom has cancer and it's brutal watching her suffer.. I would hope that it doesnt get 500 upvotes...

It’s spring break for the next several weeks across the country. People have been having boat parties in mass numbers around Florida so they closed them all because of it.

I didn't lose any rights. My boat is on a lift at the camp with a full tank of fuel so I don't give two flying fricks if they shut down ramps, I can fish either way.

You are an idiot if you can't understand why they don't want an extra pile of people on the water.

Do you also leave bad reviews for a product on Amazon due to shipping issues?

What resources would be diverted from CV response to go rescue a recreational boater offshore? FWC isn’t treating CV patients

Then you issue an order to limit the number of people on a boat to stop the pontoon boat parties and deal with those whole violate it.

Don’t prevent a dad from taking his kid out for a day of fishing to get out of quarantine for a little while

Must....shut down....economy.

We can't have the hospitality business in Destin stay open. That would be a good thing.

Because idiots are congregating by the hundreds on the sand bars.
People wanting to go fishing aren't the problem, but they are now not able to do that because people, in general, are stupid and selfish

Here in Destin they are closing all of this shite.

I would think going out fishing in the Gulf in the Sun would be a lot safer than being on land around stupid dirty people.

I don’t get this

Most are open in the NW. Majority that are closed are small Indian communities who are protecting the elders.
