People who can’t afford enough Crawfish for all of their guests put all that crap in their Crawfish so they can feed everybody.

That’s what I think of it. It’s totally unnecessary and absolutely overdone.

I doubt anyone is really offended lol. However, dusting is kind of unnecessary, it doesn't really add anything. It does also raise a red flag that the duster might not know good soaking and seasoning technique for crawfish too.

Well cooked crawfish with dust will be good.
Poorly cooked crawfish with dust, will still be crap.

Salt on the rim of a longneck is more questionable than salt on the rim of a marg
