Because if you take it off once you leave a sterile environment you contaminate the mask and yourself. They are wearing it that way because they were taught the proper way to wear a mask if you want it to work properly.

I was on vacation last week in Utah visiting National Parks. People wearing masks outside in a 360,000+ acre National Park with 100+ degree temps outside.

I'm not seeing it as much these days (save for when people are walking outside of a grocery store), but 2 days ago I saw someone alone in a car with a mask on, which I can't fathom how they haven't caught the memo on that.

I was trying to pick up some barbecue the other day. There was a line at the drive-thru, and the woman in a mini van in front of me was wearing a mask. She was older, but not really old. Anyway, she was trying to order at the speaker. She sat there with her window rolled down yelling her order. The girl taking the order couldn't understand her and she couldn't understand the girl. The girl finally came outside to the window of the car and the fricking woman rolled the window up and wouldn't talk to her. That shite went on for ten minutes before the two cars in front of the crazy bat got their orders and she left squealing tires.
I did get a free piece of pie for my troubles, though. Pecan.

Forget about the conspiracy theory because if we think this is made up or will be over after election we are living under a rock. What do you think will stop this so we can go back to living without a vaccine in the near future.

LA mandate says if you are consuming drink, you don't need to wear mask. I may just walk around with mask on my head(top) with a water bottle and straw in mouth.
