AZ did away with DST

Confused the hell out of me when we went to the Grand Canyon. I was counting time zones, but we were still an hour off of their clocks. I finally asked a ranger, “What time is it, and why?”

I wish we'd keep the other time. Early darkness is kinda depressing.

I like it. Gets old around the middle of February though.

The whole country should switch to central stand or Zulu and be done with it. Everyone would adjust within a year

I guess if you want the West Coast to spend half their day in darkness.

I'm not sure why we can't just let nature take it course and it's dark when it's dark and light when it's light.

I want what ever will give me sunrise between 6 and 6:30am, and sunset around 7:30-8:15pm. That'll cover me just right.

Whoever thought pushing it out a few weeks really screwed the push a few yrs back. Way to freaking noticeable this time of year.

Standard time sucks. Gets dark at 430 here in Nashville during December. Effing sucks walking out of the office at 5 in total darkness.

What?

They'd do things the same way, during sunlight but the clock would just say a different number.

Pretty sure Louisiana did that after Hurricane Katrina to allow for long work days for recovery. Vaguely remember that.

I like changing back and forth for the variety.

probably just because it seems normal

If there never was a DST I wouldn't clamor for it.

I like it being dark in the morning. And I like it staying light outside later.

Team DST.

Agree...give me the extra hour to do things in the evening vs the morning. There's nothing I do in the morning that can't be done in either daylight or darkness.

I fricking despise daylight savings time and wish Louisiana would stay on Standard.
