You need to be wealthy enough to live amongst limousine liberals in Seattle or Newport, RI these days. It sure beats sharing a pool with humanity.

How would you handle the tresspassers?

I love how you keep asking this like what she did was the only way.

I'd handle it NOT like she did, definitely would not hit and throw drinks on a child, would you?

That woman should hopefully do a little jail time. Might straighten her out real quick.

The kid shouldn't have been trespassing at the pool, and this isn't the first time he's done it so that goes on his parents or lack thereof.

That woman is a POS who deserved(s) to lose her job.

I see no problem with this. Seems like a reasonable response to trespassing.

I hope it's a good one, not some Hallmark channel shite.

There's no way lil Winnie Cooper would do that to a child.

Exactly. The lack of parenting here is the issue..

She was much more restrained than how a typical person would react.

If they had been trespassing on my property, they'd be facing a pistol as I forced them to leave.

I think you should work on this phrasing. Or have a seat right over there.

Pull a pistol or throw hands on someone at your job tomorrow and come back and let us know how it works out

Someone trespassing? I work from home, so I promise you I will do that if that happens.

Then you'd be sitting in a jail cell.

Not the same thing.

Your response would have been reasonable. It's your personal property and you don't know their intentions. Telling them to leave while armed is fine.

These kids are clearly at the pool to swim. They are not a physical threat so call the cops and move on. Repeatedly slapping and throwing things on them is overboard.
