Confirmed. Florida passed a state law on loud music/cars. It’s now a traffic ticket. The neighborhood I live in, is a rather lively spot, with a main boulevard is a hotspot for all sorts of loud noises, but also has hundred of 10MM+ plus home. They’ve put up construction marquees warning about a ticket for such violations.
Though the city didn’t have a big problem having Travis Pastrana and the Hoonigan YouTube channel shut down the street one Saturday morning and drag race up and down it for a few hours.
I think it’s great.

How stupid is this person? They literally went to the library. Not only that, they went to the Quiet Room. Yet she's the victim because she was expected to be quiet in the library.
If this college was anything like mine. We had a loud floor where everyone met up to hang out and sometimes do work. Then we had the upstairs which was the quiet floor. If you went upstairs and started making noise, you would be kicked out.

At least a drunk driver is *trying* to drive correctly. He may be too drunk to do it, but the intent is there, and that seems like the minimum regardless of BAC.
