Let me ask you this: Is a white kid playing with a toy badge, gun and handcuffs imply that kid is an actual police officer enforcing the law?
If you look at it in that light, it might even reveal, in a humorous, joking way, how toys are marketed to our children. Of course, you might have to develop your sense of humor a bit up from baseline.
I mean, if you want to say it is terrible and racist, there is room for agreement. If you say it can't be funny or elicit a guilty, awkward chuckle from non- racists, you're just flat out wrong.
