Is it not obvious to most: Trump, Waltz and Frey cut some kind of deal ?

Maybe some immunity from the fraud if they cooperate ?

We're the only school that has the Governor of the state personally involved in football recruiting. Louisiana Governors have a history of finding lots of money when they want to.
Most states have multiple big football schools (Governors can't be partial). We are very fortunate.
