Cobra (or any highly venomous snake) is like the Russian Roulette of animal fighting.

I am surprised to see Crocodile so low on the list. With as many videos/stories you hear about people wrestling them, I would imagine there are a number of people foolishly thinking they would win.

There are a few that I think I would win under ideal circumstances. Get to the neck of a goose/eagle before they catch you; or able to get around the cobra bite and grab ahold first (also depends on their size), sure an average person could win. But, with all of these, if you missed you are taking a beating at a minimum.

Think you are confusing crocs and alligators.

agreed. and to be clear, I wouldn't WANT to fight it, but if I were in some strange scenario where I HAD to....I may be able to get it done 3 out of 5 times. give it the old slight of hand, grab by tail, wham! head to floor

A goose may be able to hack and gouge me up a bit on the way there, but if it comes down to it, I’m pretty sure I could eventually get the better of one, with kicks and strangle holds and such. I’m not sure how one would kill me.

A goose would last 3 seconds with me. I know this because it's happened a few times in rice fields

I don’t think any person on earth can avoid getting bitten by a cobra. Nobody is fast a mongoose.

Anyone who even has the slightest thought that they might not be able to handle a goose should get the frick out of America b/c you're too much of a pussy to live here.

A fricking goose? You grab it's fricking neck and sling it where ever the hell you want. That animal literally has nothing on its body that can inflict damage to you. It has no teeth. it has no claws. C'mon people.

Same with an eagle. Its a fricking bird that weighs like 10-15lbs. no different than a cat really. Yeah it'll probably scratch you the frick up, but you just man up and grab it and throw it on the ground as hard as you can.

and anyone who thinks they can take a gorilla, Grizzly, lion or elephant has something wrong with them.
I could see some people thinking they could take a large dog or wolf, or cobra, or kangeroo, but you better be a bad arse and willing to sacrifice to defeat them, and you still might lose, but i could see certain humans defeating those animals.

No human can defeat a 500lb gorilla, or an 800lb grizzly, or a 400lb house cat we call a lion, and its for the same reason no human would ever lose to a fricking goose.

I don't think a goose or an eagle could kill me in a death match, but I'm pretty sure they could gouge my eyes out. I'd be more worried about losing an eye to the goose/eagle than any permanent damage from a house cat

Quick Google search:

King Cobra: 12mph
Avg. Male human: 8mph

Dead.

the fact that rat isnt 100% for either nationality is a shame.

its also good to see that about 10% or delusional about their fighting abilities.

kangaroo is more feared than chimp? cmon you can take a roo

Chimpanzees can run faster than you, about 25 mph. An adult male chimpanzee hell bent on killing an unarmed adult human will sometimes quickly grab an arm and bite the fingers off and then do the same to the other hand to before the fatal work is done. There's no stopping a chimpanzee from pulling your arm and hand to it's mouth.

An adult male kangaroo can rip your guts out with a quick powerful kick to the abdomen. They have sharp claws attached to incredibly powerful legs.

A well placed goose wing slap can break bones.

I just don’t see a chimp having a good striking defense. They are so low to ground they would be prone to a devastating leg kick or knee to the skull.

That's dumb. That chimp is going to be raging and coming right at you. You're not striking shite.

Agree. Coming at you at up to 25 mph. It would be on you in a flash. Major damage to you would happen quickly. They also have much stronger and heavier bones and skull and are very agile and quick. Even if someone miraculously landed a good strike to its head, it's likely not slowing it down if it's a large angry male.

I recall the story in 2009 when Charla Nash was attacked by a 200lb Chimp. By the time police shot and killed the chimp it had already torn both of her hands and face off. She's lucky she survived. Think about the strength that chimp had to do the damage it did.

How about in a battle of wits? I’m pretty sure I can take all but the cobra and the chimpanzee.

Cobras survive by targeting, striking, and injecting venom into animals that evolved over millions of years to AVOID cobra strikes. Animals with better senses and quicker reflexes than us.

I don't like your chances of winning unscathed.

I could mess up a parakeet’s day. I have killed rats with a stick. I would show respect to even a small dog. I sadly admit i have run from a Canada Goose. My excuse is she was really upset. Few here have fought a big raccoon to the death in hand to hand combat. My wife would shoot any here who wanted to fight. So make sure she is not armed. A long time ago i taught her how to kill with a firearm and she is good at it.
