When will the economic engine of Louisiana open?

The most prominent company headquartered in Louisiana is centurylink. As such Monroe is the economic engine of the state. All eyes should be fixed there first. Let the rest of the state fall in line. Cesspools of debauchery who brought this on the rest of the state can go into phase 1 later.
