They're going to need Batman to restore order after this goes down.

It’s been happening for 25 years, increasing each year. Navy buddy grew up there, he bolted in 1998 and by 2005 his whole family left.

What about Baton Rouge? Don't think our mayor wouldn't do the same damn thing if she sees an opportunity.

I'd day call Shaft, but he's a cop so he's not allowed.

It already is. My wife's cousin is a realtor in Eden Prarie and sold off all of her listing this week. She has buyers willing to pay 25% above value.

I have an offer on my place in New Brighton for more than I expected.
The protest might have helped me sell my place quicker.
House was on the market for maybe 6 days.
The buyer is leaving Minneapolis while still wanting to stay in the area.

First of all there will be a police force, it will just be a shell of it’s former self. Who are the idiots on both sides running this shite show? Please put the children in the fricking corner & let the adults talk. If BLM and their supporters truly wanted change the last thing they should be screaming about is defunding the police. You want tangible change that’s gonna cost money in the form of better training, tactics, & policy. You want a better police force? Make the job attractive, their attrition rate after this will be staggering. They will lose their very best officers and administrators, the very people they cannot afford to lose. How is this not blatantly obvious? You wanna win a NBA championship, but hold-on let us dump all the talent & low ball whatever’s out there on the waiver wire. Stupidity

Ease of leaving: people on short term rental contracts.
People on longer term rental contracts (ease of breaking?)
People with children in great school districts.
People with family obligations that can't be moved (mental or physical).

Minneapolis will be the biggest ghetto in the country within 5 years if this happens.
I don’t know anything about Minneapolis but I’m thinking it’s probably not far from that already for this to happen.

From the Poli Board
quote:
A Minneapolis manufacturing company has decided to leave the city, with the company's owner saying he can't trust public officials who allowed his plant to burn during the recent riots. The move will cost the city about 50 jobs.
"They don't care about my business," said Kris Wyrobek, president and owner of 7-Sigma Inc., which has operated since 1987 at 2843 26th Av. in south Minneapolis. "They didn't protect our people. We were all on our own."
Wyrobek said the plant, which usually operates until 11 p.m., shut down about four hours early on the first night of the riots because he wanted to keep his workers out of harm's way. He said a production supervisor and a maintenance worker who live in the neighborhood became alarmed when fire broke out at the $30 million Midtown Corner affordable housing apartment complex that was under construction next door.
"The fire engine was just sitting there," Wyrobek said, "but they wouldn't do anything."
