The shifting of the goalposts has been something to behold. You have states with few cases to start with, and people saying that they can't reopen until they can show 14 days of reduces cases. It's crazy.
Flatten the curve made sense when the issue was hospitals being overwhelmed and being unable to provide care. Now we are just extending the pandemic.
