What is worse a parents not watching their child as it runs around
I was at a brewery a few years ago and there was a group of adults playing one of those big arse Jenga games. Kid comes up to the table where they're playing and just knocks the thing over. Kid was 8 or 9 and knew better, but had been being a dickhead since his parents got there and started ignoring him. Bartender did ask him and his parents to leave soon after. Apparently the kid intentionally knocked people's drinks over as well.
All the doggos there were just chilling being good pups.

You wouldn’t be so uptight if you had a dog. Get a dog.

I’m fine with bringing dogs to places where it’s appropriate but it has gotten out of hand. As long as the dog isn’t harming anyone or interfering it is fine, but My biggest pet peeve in the world is when someone is unaware that their dog is being annoying as frick.

To preface, I have neither dogs nor children.
With that said, if I walk into a space and have the choice to sit near a table with a dog or a table with a child, I'm picking the table with the dog every time.
I find it telling that the bulk of your complaint about dogs is that you find it stressful for them to be around your children, not because they are any kind of issue for the adults in the room.

Some woman at the local Walmart had a German Shepherd "service dog" and she was getting mad because none of the cashiers would check her out. All of the cashiers were younger black women, and I could tell that they were scared of the dog. Just when the woman started really bitching, I told her "they are scared of your dog."
Manager came up and checked her out about a minute later.

Only because of selective breeding and severe culling.
How many of the folks that we meet or see would survive as pets. Especially democrats. Imagine your reception if you showed up with Pelosi, Schumer, or Schiff on a leash.

Your internet surfing on your phone, especially if it’s tigerdroppings, does not belong at brew pubs, festivals, or really anywhere there could be adults. I’m sorry you have such a large void in your life that your emotional stability relies on the message board tigerdroppings, 24/7. I’m sorry you have such a poor personality that you rather read/ post shite, as a personality replacement. Maybe look into getting mental health treatment or bettering yourself in general instead of subjecting everyone to social awkwardness or annoyed by another "Q" thread bump. Even if tigerdoppings is down, your annoyed attitude that you can't read/ post, is still taking up space and bringing negativity into areas where people are eating and trying to relax away from their own social media pressures. Seriously, grow up.

People that bring their dogs everywhere are generally really stupid.

I'd rather be next to a table with someone with a dog than next to a table with some loudmouth blathering on her cellphone so everyone can hear the conversation.

Weird melt. The pubs and festivals I've been to are far more acceptable for dogs to attend than children. If dogs were running around chuck e cheese, I'd get your point.

Even if your dog would never harm a flea, it’s still taking up space and bringing dirt and hair into areas where people are eating and trying to relax away from their own dogs.
I could say the exact same thing about your children.

I have a kid and a dog, I know the difference. My kid is much harder to deal with in public than my dog, who just lays under my feet. I don't complain about either, though
No shite. My kids only go to places where I know they will behave. Same for my dog.
My dog would be better behaved at a pub or a music festival then my kids

Lol at the guy in here clutching his pearls about dogs in public places. I don't have a problem with dogs (when leashed) in public places, but then again I'm generally not too concerned with other people's behavior to a point where I get that upset about it.

Breweries are typically pretty family friendly places these days.
