Eat nothing but broccoli for dinner one night, you won't need fiber for a few days after that.

Almonds, add chia seeds to smoothie or oatmeal, broccoli. Benefiber works well.

Whole oatmeal for breakfast. Be near toilet after lunch. Also dark green salads.

I tried various brand but recently went to All Bran Buds and I really like it, I cut up half a banana or 3-4 strawberries in it and use Silk Almond milk. It tastes good and works well.
1/2 cup gives you 17 grams of fiber, it’s good mixed with other cereals too.

I use the high fiber tortillas and once or twice a week make myself a small pizza using a low carb thick pizza sauce, a small amount of chopped olives, onion, bell pepper and mushrooms (in a jar), real bacon bits and chopped up sliced pepperoni with mozzarella cheese and red pepper flakes. I use a little olive oil in the pan, sprinkled with garlic powder and use the low card/high fiber tomato/basil tortillas.

Cook at 375° until you see the cheese just start to slightly brown around the edges.

It's a great low calorie, low carb, high fiber meal with a decent amount of protein that goes well with a Michelob Ultra.

Actually it's the opposite, good fiber diet offers the cleanest shits possible, so very little tp use.

Make sure I have fruit/vegetables with every meal

In the morning I have a big bowl of undigestible plant materials

On my lunch breaks I stop at the pharmacy drive through and get another COVID booster

For lunch I eat leaves covered in "heart healthy" seed oils made from industrial byproducts

I don't know why I have such crazy inflammation but I'll just take statins to keep that cholesterol down and think about something else

Maybe I don't eat enough plants, I know I said I wouldn't eat the bugs but maybe I should do it for my health

I need a new script for my antidepressants, I'll ask when I bring my infant son Fauci to the therapist for gender affirmation therapy
