I know…. Old people talk, but you can’t put a price on really good pooping.

Salads for lunch. An occasional Benefiber packet in a bottle of water.

Seven days a week I have an apple on the way to work with some salami and cheese.

One night a week I eat about two pounds of strawberries or a pound of blackberries for dinner.

Two nights a week I have a big bowl of cucumbers with EVOO, sesame seeds, minced garlic, black pepper, and balsamic. And a small dinner.

Two nights a week I have bowl of tomatoes with pickled peppers and EVOO. And a small dinner.

And the last two nights I usually eat entirely too much meat, eggs, bacon, and spicy foods.

6am, 7pm, like clockwork for the last 10 years.

I will say the high fiber tortillas baked into chips is probably my favorite snack. besides hog Cracklins or beef jerky.

Probably have 50-60 grams of fiber per day.

Every now and then I'll blend a pound of blueberries with 4 tablespoons of sugar, kiwis and strawberries with peels and leaves, and a slice of lemon with the rind still attached. You'll be on the toilet pooping purple inside of 1 hourd.

I don't eat veggies much and my diet is crap since I'm 29 and work it off. I used to take Benefiber daily but started using Amazing Greens and it's had me feeling great

None. The supposed need for all this dietary fiber is a myth - just like the ones surrounding cholesterol, saturated fat and salt.

Good breads, chicken or steak wraps with avocado on fiber-rich wraps, such as the Carb Balance ones. Chia seeds in my morning fruit and vegetable Ninja blends. I throw so much BBQ and beer in my system, exercise and an attempt to have some healthy meals is a necessity.

Beans- Navy, Pinto, Kidney beans, and underrated Chickpeas(good in salads and soups). Add variety of beans to soups, chili, spaghetti, or simple white/red beans & rice.....

Salads- usually lunch, add broccoli and chickpeas to every grilled chicken salad I make.

Metamucil- 1 drink/1 teaspoon per day

A can of black beans or blue runners a day will give about 40 grams of fiber.

Keto propagandists will say you don’t need them but SCFA, short chain fatty acids are great.

I have used additional fiber for years, millers bran, etc. with success but now I use All Bran Buds which I can mix in with more palatable cereal or yogurt and it works well for me. I eat it usually after supper.
